Shipping policy

Shipping time frame is 7-10 business days standard for your customizable items to be shipped, however crystals cc is a small family owned business and orders will not ship when the office is closed for holidays, vacations or special circumstances.

All items are shipped USPS with tracking. 

Customers are responsible for making sure the correct shipping address is on the order at the time the order is placed. The customer is responsible for items that are shipped to any other address that what they intended if that is the address on the order. 

Orders at times will show as delivered by USPS up to several days  PRIOR  to actually being delivered.

If an item shows as delivered but is not, a waiting period of 3 mailing days must go by before further investigation will be made. 

Items claimed not received by the customer but is showing and confirmed by the USPS GPS tracking system as delivered to the address on the order, will not be replaced or refunded. This is to prevent small business fraud. 

Items once shipped are no longer the responsibility of the company unless the items are deemed LOST by the post office.

This process usually takes several weeks to complete but items will be replaced - NOT REFUNDED - once USPS deems the item lost. 

Once the item is shipped, under normal circumstances it is delivered within 3 business days.

However, crystals cc is not responsible for any USPS delays in delivery once an item has been shipped.
